Each Pro-Interactive Branch operates an independent profit centre with its separate Annual Business & Resource Plan. The branch is led by a Branch Head who is ably supported by his team members including dedicated Managers for operations management, recruitment, training, sales, accounts & quality awareness.
To handle timely customer response, all Pro-Interactive Branches also have a 24 X 7 Control Room with a dedicated Patrol Van. Additionally, Area Officers & supervisors are also deployed shift wise to check customer sites at regular intervals.
